The Rubber Duck and the Glass

made in 3DS Max 4.2 and touched up in photoshop. I originally wanted the Duck to be floating the glass on water but i havn't a clue how to make water. There's tutorials on the net but they're for earlier versions and they're a bit confusing

If anyone has a tutorial on how to make realistic water for 3DS Max 4.2 could please send a link my way?
